THE FINE PRINT

  • To qualify for the Block Rate, clients must initially fund a flight account with a minimum of 10 hours of aircraft retail rental time and maintain a positive balance thereafter. Chiota Aviation treats each client’s account as an escrow; the client retains the right to be refunded all unused funds at any time for any reason.

  • Payment is required no later than the completion of services. Chiota Aviation reserves the right to decline services to any client with a negative account balance.

  • Chiota Aviation enforces a flight lesson no-show policy as follows:

- If not canceling for a weather or aeromedical factor reason, clients must cancel lessons with no less than 12 hours’ notice. Extenuating circumstances may be approved at the discretion of the Flight Instructor or Chief Pilot.

- Clients will receive three friendly reminders of this policy and thereafter will be subject to no-show charges.

- No-show charges include 1 hour of Flight Instructor services at the current rate, and 1/2hour of aircraft rental at the current rate if an aircraft was reserved for the lesson.

  • Checks should be made payable to Chiota Aviation.

  • Chiota Aviation processes credit and debit cards via Flight Schedule Pro, and charges will show on your account as being made by Chiota Aviation.

  • Itemized invoices are available upon request.
